Where We Travel
We're based at 2501 Palmer Hwy in Texas City, and we run calls out to the towns around us rather than trying to cover the whole region from one address. San Leon is the closest at about 5 miles out, with La Marque and Bacliff each around 8 miles, and Pelican Island sitting about 9 miles southeast. From there we reach Tiki Island and Dickinson at roughly 10 miles, Kemah also around 10, Hitchcock at about 12, Seabrook and Santa Fe near 13, Taylor Lake Village and Nassau Bay around 14, and on the far edge of our range, Morgan's Point at about 18 miles and Bolivar Peninsula around 20.
Across that area there are roughly 41,325 households, with about 26,165 of those being owner-occupied houses, which is the housing stock we're set up to work on: single-family garages, mostly one or two doors, mostly steel, mostly older hardware. Median household income across the service area runs around $80,037, and that shows up in the kind of repair calls we get, more people asking for a proper spring or cable fix than a bargain patch job.

What We Do Not Take On
We work on residential garage doors, springs, openers, tracks, and panels. We don't do commercial roll-up doors, gate systems, or fencing, and we're not set up for new home construction installs where a builder needs a door hung as part of a larger job. If your door is a custom or imported model with parts that have to be special-ordered from overseas, we'll tell you that up front rather than stringing the job along, because the wait on those parts can run long and that's outside what we control.
We also won't tell you to replace a door that just needs a spring or a bent track fixed. If the frame is solid and the panels aren't rusted through, a repair is usually the cheaper and faster answer, and we'd rather do the smaller job right than push a full replacement that isn't necessary yet. On the other end, if a door has been sitting broken for years with wood rot in the jamb or a panel that's caved in, we'll say so plainly instead of patching around a problem that's going to come back.
We don't do phone-only estimates for anything involving a full door or opener swap. Those need eyes on the actual hardware before we'll give you a number.
